RevOrder

Solution

Abandoned cart recovery

Most started orders do not fail on price — they fail on interruption. RevOrder spots the interruption and brings the shopper back to exactly where they stopped.

Real-time detection

The platform watches buyer intent and sees when a cart or a started checkout is abandoned, rather than at the end of the day.

Three channels, one logic

Email, SMS and Viber are driven by one automation instead of three separate tools with three separate lists.

A link back to the cart

The message carries a personal link that restores the cart. The shopper does not start over.

Revenue, not clicks

The order is attributed back to the message that produced it, so the report shows revenue recovered.

Where most tools get it wrong

The usual approach sends one email an hour later and stops there. The problem is that it treats every abandonment the same — whether the shopper balked at the price, was interrupted on their phone, or reached payment and fell over right at the end.

RevOrder separates those cases. An abandoned cart and an abandoned checkout are different signals and deserve a different message, at a different moment, on a different channel.

How the recovery link is built

Every link is an opaque, time-limited token that can be revoked. The address carries no email, phone number or order id — nothing that could be shared by accident or guessed.

Link scanners in mail clients cannot trigger a restore, and a click is recorded as evidence, not as a recovered order. An order counts as recovered only when it is actually placed.

How it works in practice

  1. 1

    The store sends the events

Carts and started checkouts reach RevOrder through the app, the plugin or the checkout script.

  2. 2

    The automation spots the abandonment

After a period of inactivity you define, the order is marked abandoned.

  3. 3

    A message sequence starts

A first message on your chosen channel, then optionally a second on another — your copy, your timing.

  4. 4

    The revenue is attributed

If the shopper completes the order, it is tied back to the specific message.

Questions about order recovery

How many orders does this recover?

It depends entirely on your range, your prices and your traffic — any specific number promised up front is invented. That is why the platform reports recovered revenue separately: so you see your number, not someone else's.

Will I annoy my customers?

You set how many messages go out and how far apart. Every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who opts out receives nothing further on any channel.

What if the customer has already ordered?

The automation stops. An order placed after the abandonment ends the sequence, so nobody gets a reminder about something they have already bought.

Are the recovery links safe?

The link is an opaque, time-limited, revocable token and carries no personal data in the address. The destination is restricted to your own domain.
