1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the RevOrder software platform (the “Platform”), provided by SKILLCRAFT LTD, UIC 206726102, Republic of Bulgaria, with registered office at Bulgaria, Varna 9000. A full postal address may be provided where required by law or upon request.
By registering, requesting a demo, or signing in, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms on behalf of a legal entity or sole trader (“Client”). If you are not authorised to bind the merchant, do not use the Platform.

2. Who uses RevOrder
The Platform is intended for merchants and organisations managing online sales and related processes (stores, marketing, logistics, customer communications). RevOrder is not intended for end consumers as retail buyers; their data may be processed through the Client’s store under the Client’s policies and integrations.
3. Service description
RevOrder provides cloud features for revenue automation: checkout and pre-checkout improvements (including Checkout Plus where available), behavioural tracking and attribution via RevOrder Pixel/Live View, abandoned order recovery, SMS and email automations, segmentation and analytics, courier and delivery integrations, support for various store platforms, and custom checkouts. The exact scope depends on the plan, configuration, and active modules for the account.
We do not guarantee specific commercial results; implementation, campaigns, and marketing consent remain the Client’s responsibility in compliance with applicable law.
4. Registration and account
The Client must provide accurate and complete information and maintain credential security. The Client is responsible for activity under the account. Staff and subcontractor access should follow least-privilege principles.
5. Subscriptions, plans, access, and payments
Billing and access follow the selected plan and applicable commercial terms published or agreed at order time. Depending on the offer, a free plan, trial or promotional access, or paid subscription may apply — specific terms and periods are shown in the interface, offer, or contract.
Refunds and specific commercial guarantees apply only when explicitly stated in a separate agreement or offer. Otherwise, no implied refund guarantee or fixed service level applies.
6. Store and third-party integrations
RevOrder may connect to third parties (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, MerchantPro, ConvertBuilder, other checkout and courier systems). Those services are governed by their own terms. The Client must hold the rights, API keys, and consents required to use integrations.
7. Checkout Plus, Pixel, automations, and order recovery
Checkout, pre-checkout, and delivery selection features depend on the store platform, available apps, and configuration. Marketing messages (SMS, email) and event tracking require lawful consent and privacy settings for the Client’s visitors and customers, including privacy policy links and consent management where required.
8. Marketplace, audiences, and lead features
Marketplace features, if enabled, must use only permitted, privacy-aware and consent-aware audiences, segments, or lead capabilities. RevOrder must not be used for unregulated sale of raw personal data. Additional features may require separate activation or contractual terms.
9. Call Center services, if enabled
If Call Center services are active, processing of recordings, notes, and call outcomes depends on configuration, end-customer notices, and applicable legal requirements. The Client is responsible for lawful notification and telecom compliance where applicable.
10. Client obligations
- use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with applicable law;
- not infringe third-party rights or misuse integrations;
- protect account credentials and access;
- ensure a lawful basis for processing end-customer data through RevOrder features.
11. Prohibited use
Prohibited: unauthorised access, malware, data extraction beyond permitted scope, illegal goods or services, spam, deceptive practices, breaching integration limits, or circumventing technical and billing controls.
12. Data, privacy, and roles (controller/processor)
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Depending on context, RevOrder may act as controller for its own data (account, billing, support) and as processor on the Client’s instructions for end-customer/order data where the contract and configuration so require.
13. Intellectual property
The Platform, its documentation, and RevOrder branding are protected. The Client retains rights in its own data and content. Content generated by the Client through the Platform remains the Client’s under applicable law and contractual terms.
14. Availability, changes, and support
We aim for stable operation, but cloud services are subject to maintenance, updates, and events outside our control. Notice of planned maintenance is provided when reasonably possible. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, RevOrder does not warrant uninterrupted availability or a specific uptime percentage.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability of RevOrder and SKILLCRAFT LTD is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses are excluded unless applicable law prohibits such exclusion. Mandatory liability for wilful misconduct, personal injury, or other non-waivable cases follows the law.
16. Termination
The Client may terminate in accordance with the plan and account interface. We may suspend or restrict access for material breach, non-payment (where applicable), or legal requirements. Data export and deletion follow privacy policies and technical capabilities.
17. Governing law and contact
Governing law: to the extent applicable and unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Specific court or arbitration venue is not designated in this draft without additional legal review.

18. Changes to these terms
We may update this document. Material changes may be communicated by email or through the account interface. Continued use after changes take effect may constitute acceptance unless the law requires explicit consent.
