RevOrder

Integration

RevOrder for Shopify

Installs as a Shopify app, not as a theme edit. It tracks buyer intent, recovers abandoned checkouts and controls which payment methods each customer sees.

Web pixel, not a theme edit

Tracking is added through Shopify's official pixel extension. Your theme is untouched, and theme updates cannot break it.

Payment method rules

A Shopify Payment Customization function shows or hides a payment method by country, order value or cart contents — cash on delivery included.

Abandoned checkouts

Abandoned checkouts feed an automation over email, SMS or Viber, with a personal link back to the cart.

Couriers and waybills

Shopify orders land on RevOrder's delivery screen, where waybills are issued and shipment statuses are tracked.

What RevOrder can see in your store

The app asks for four permissions and no more: read products, orders and customers, and manage the payment method rules at checkout. It cannot change products, prices or orders.

Order data feeds segments, campaigns and attribution — the report of which channel produced which order. Buyer-intent tracking comes separately, from the storefront pixel extension.

What RevOrder does not do on Shopify

It does not replace the Shopify checkout. Standard Shopify does not allow anyone to do that, and anyone promising otherwise is either talking about Shopify Plus or about something that will break on your next update.

What RevOrder does change at checkout goes through Shopify's own mechanisms: a Payment Customization function for the payment rules and a pixel extension for tracking. Everything else happens outside the checkout — in automations, campaigns and the delivery screen.

How to connect

  1. 1

    Install the app

From the Shopify App Store or via a direct link. Shopify shows the exact permission list at install time.

  2. 2

    Turn on tracking

The pixel extension is activated with one click from the app settings. From then on RevOrder sees buyer intent in real time.

  3. 3

    Set the payment rules

Decide which payment methods appear for whom — by country, order value or cart contents.

  4. 4

    Launch the first automation

Pick the abandoned checkout scenario, choose a channel and a message, and turn it on. Its revenue is reported separately.

Questions about the Shopify integration

Do I have to edit my theme?

No. Tracking goes through Shopify's official pixel extension and the payment rules through a Payment Customization function. Neither requires a theme edit, so theme updates cannot break the integration.

Does it work with cash on delivery?

Yes. Payment method rules can show or hide cash on delivery by country, order value or cart contents — for example hiding it above a certain order value.

How is RevOrder billed for a Shopify store?

Shopify stores are billed through Shopify's Billing API, so the amount appears on your Shopify invoice rather than separately. SMS and email are billed by usage.

Can I use RevOrder for several Shopify stores?

Yes. Each store connects separately and its data is isolated from the others, while all of them are managed from one account.
