2. Scope
This policy covers visitors to public RevOrder pages; people requesting demos or contact; merchant users of the Platform; and, where features apply, end-customer data processed through merchant store integrations.
3. Data we collect
Depending on how you use RevOrder, we may process contact details you submit in forms, account and billing data, technical logs for security, and order or event data supplied through merchant integrations — only as needed to provide and improve the service.
Call Center recordings, if enabled
Where a merchant has enabled the Call Center service, every phone call placed to an end customer through the platform is recorded, and a spoken notice is played to the end customer before the recording. Alongside the audio we store the date and time, duration, attempt number, operator, shop, the related order, any edits the operator made to it, the call notes and the outcome.
Recordings are retained for 12 months from the date of the call, after which the audio file is erased automatically and only an audit record of the erasure remains. A recording is erased earlier on a valid request from the data subject. Access is limited to the merchant — for its own shops only — and to an authorised call-centre manager, for quality control and dispute resolution; every playback is audit-logged.
For end-customer data and call recordings the merchant is the data controller, while RevOrder and the partner call-centre organisation act as processors on the merchant's instructions. The merchant is responsible for the lawful basis and for notifying end customers.
4. Legal bases
- Contract — to provide RevOrder according to your subscription and settings;
- Legitimate interests — security, service improvement, and abuse prevention, where balanced with your rights;
- Consent — where required for optional marketing cookies or certain communications;
- Legal obligation — accounting and regulatory requirements where applicable.
5. Cookies, pixels & tracking
RevOrder public website: we use essential cookies to keep the site secure and working (for example session and CSRF protection). Optional analytics cookies, such as Google Tag Manager, are loaded only after you accept optional cookies in the consent banner on marketing pages.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser (revorder_cookie_consent). You can change your decision by clearing site data or when we update the consent version and the banner is shown again.
Attribution cookies such as nextcart_utm may be set on campaign landings and are treated as non-essential where consent is required.
RevOrder Pixel and store events on a merchant's shop are separate from the RevOrder marketing website. Merchants are responsible for notices and legal bases toward their own customers.

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, as well as to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us using the channels in section 7.
