2. Scope
This policy covers visitors to public RevOrder pages; people requesting demos or contact; merchant users of the Platform; and, where features apply, end-customer data processed through merchant store integrations.
3. Data we collect
Depending on how you use RevOrder, we may process contact details you submit in forms, account and billing data, technical logs for security, and order or event data supplied through merchant integrations — only as needed to provide and improve the service.

- Contract — to provide RevOrder according to your subscription and settings;
- Legitimate interests — security, service improvement, and abuse prevention, where balanced with your rights;
- Consent — where required for optional marketing cookies or certain communications;
- Legal obligation — accounting and regulatory requirements where applicable.
5. Cookies, pixels & tracking
RevOrder public website: we use essential cookies to keep the site secure and working (for example session and CSRF protection). Optional analytics cookies, such as Google Tag Manager, are loaded only after you accept optional cookies in the consent banner on marketing pages.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser (revorder_cookie_consent). You can change your decision by clearing site data or when we update the consent version and the banner is shown again.
Attribution cookies such as nextcart_utm may be set on campaign landings and are treated as non-essential where consent is required.
RevOrder Pixel and store events on a merchant's shop are separate from the RevOrder marketing website. Merchants are responsible for notices and legal bases toward their own customers.
