Courier and pickup point at checkout

The shopper picks a courier, a delivery type and a specific office or locker without leaving the checkout. The lists sync automatically.

Cash-on-delivery fee

Cash on delivery can carry its own fee, shown as a separate order line and recalculated when the payment method changes.

Two-way order status

Status stays in sync between WooCommerce and RevOrder, so the team works from one truth whichever screen they are on.

Cart events

The plugin sends the cart and checkout events the abandoned-order automations are built on.

How the store connects

The plugin installs like any other WordPress plugin and connects with a one-time token from your RevOrder dashboard. Without that token it does nothing — there is no hidden behaviour on install.

It requires WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer, and is tested up to WordPress 7.0.

What changes at checkout

Courier selection is embedded in the standard WooCommerce checkout rather than added as a separate step. The shopper sees the available couriers, the delivery type and the office or locker field where they expect them.

If your theme rewrites the checkout heavily, the field placement may need adjusting. Everything else — the events, the sync and the recovery — does not depend on the theme at all.

How to launch

    Install the plugin

    RevOrder for WooCommerce installs from the WordPress admin or as an uploaded archive.

    Connect with a token

    Generate a one-time token in your RevOrder dashboard and paste it into the plugin settings.

    Pick couriers and rules

    Decide which couriers show, under what conditions, and with what cash-on-delivery fee.

    Turn on recovery

    Launch the abandoned cart automation and watch how many orders it brings back.

Questions about the WooCommerce integration

Does the plugin work without a RevOrder account?
No. The plugin is a bridge to RevOrder and does nothing without a connected account. That is deliberate: installing it never changes your store until you connect it.

Will it break my checkout?
Courier selection embeds into the standard WooCommerce checkout. If your theme rewrites the checkout heavily the field placement may need adjusting, but the rest of the integration does not depend on the theme.

Does it support lockers, not just offices?
Yes. The list covers the offices and lockers of the supported couriers and syncs automatically, so a shopper cannot pick a location that does not exist or has closed.

What happens to order statuses?
They sync both ways between WooCommerce and RevOrder. A change on either side is reflected on the other, with no manual re-entry.
